Sponsoring BarCamp Philly supports our educational community environment, fosters learning and collaboration, and reaches some of the most driven, creative, and tech-savvy people from the Philadelphia region.
It’s not just a great use of your organization’s marketing or development budget. Yes, we’ll promote your brand and your business to our community of over 2,000 developers, creators, artists, and technologists. But you’ll also build relationships and recognition with some of our region’s brightest and most influential professionals.
Your sponsorship ensures that we can continue our two-decades-long tradition of making this unique gathering accessible to everyone in our community who wants to participate. Sponsors help provide our venue, refreshments, and (most importantly to so many of our attendees) the now-legendary collection of BarCamp Philly t-shirts.
Thanks to all of our sponsors, across all 16 of our main events over the past twenty years, for bringing this extraordinary event to our community.

Additional Details and Some Fine Print
BarCamp Philly is operated as a transparent, volunteer collective under the umbrella of our fiscal sponsor, Open Source Collective. You can review all of our budget statements and expense reports on our Open Collective hub.
Your donation will be processed by Open Source Collective and you’ll see their name on your credit card or bank statement. OSC is a California nonprofit mutual benefit corporation organized and operated exclusively as a 501(c)(6) business league. In most cases, your contribution could be considered a tax-deductible marketing or professional development expense for your business. (Most of us are not lawyers, and we’re probably not YOUR lawyer, so please check with your own attorney or accountant first if you’re concerned about this.)
